MOSCOW, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Russia plans to cut crude exports from its western ports in March by around 25% compared to February, amid an expected output cut, three Russian oil market sources said. .
Russia expects to cut its oil production by 500,000 barrels per day in March. The cut will be made based on the January pumping levels.
The Russian Energy Ministry declined to comment.
